Lead, Integration

- Remuneration: Band 4 - $89,184.51 - $111,200.77 + 12% superannuation
- Generous NFP salary packaging options up to $18,550
- Full-time (1.0 FTE), Maximum-term until 21 August 2026
- Docklands office location - Hybrid; WFH (2-3 days)
As the Lead, Integration, you will be part of the Health Systems Integration business unit, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to improve planning, coordination and implementation of commissioning activities with a focus on the Care Finder program. You will oversee integration initiatives, support system-level collaboration, and provide leadership to one direct report.
This role is ideal for someone with strong skills in stakeholder engagement, project coordination and systems thinking.

What will my typical week look like:
- Building and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support commissioning, contract management, coordination and service integration
- Supporting the planning and implementation of integration activities to improve system coordination and service delivery
- Promoting collaborative problem-solving between teams and partners to improve outcomes
- Providing guidance and support to your direct report, fostering capability and team development
- Managing the development of a range of plans and reports to meet the requirements of the Commonwealth, State, and other funders, as relevant
About you:
- Tertiary qualifications in health, social sciences, community development or a related field
- Demonstrated experience working in health, community, primary care sectors or older adults/aged care.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- Experience in contract management and / or commissioning activities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Leadership experience or the capability to mentor and guide team members
